Oil spill solutions
Lenoil & Dimex
Two distinct approaches to oil pollution: biological degradation with Lenoil and physicochemical dispersion with Dimex.

BIOLOGICAL OIL DEGRADATION
LENOIL®
Oil-degrading microorganisms for the treatment of oil-contaminated soils, grounds and water surfaces. The range includes dry powder and LENOIL®-NORD for low-temperature environments.
- Breaks down linear, branched, cyclic and polyaromatic hydrocarbons into carbon dioxide and water.
- Dry powder: works at 3–45°C, in highly mineralized environments (over 60 g/L), with pollutant concentrations up to 50%.
- Fixes atmospheric nitrogen to support hydrocarbon utilization.
- LENOIL®-NORD contains Pseudomonas sp. IB 1.1 and degrades oil from 0°C, including in cold soils and water.

THIRD-GENERATION OIL DISPERSANT
DIMEX
Dimex enhances the natural emulsification of spilled oil. Wave action helps move dispersed droplets from the surface into the water column. Unlike biological degradation, dispersion redistributes the oil rather than directly destroying it.
- Natural organo-inorganic hybrid composition with mineral particles that stabilize oil-in-water emulsions.
- Non-synthetic surfactants provide the emulsifying effect; developed using non-toxic materials.
- Active against surface films of oil, kerosene, gasoline and diesel.
- Operates at surface-water temperatures from −2°C (including slush and ice) to +25°C.
- Application by ship, helicopter or specially equipped aircraft; aerial application enables rapid large-area treatment.
Dispersant use requires a site-specific assessment and compliance with applicable environmental approvals.
